Privacy notice

How MarketRoster handles inquiry forms, checkout identity, analytics configuration, and lead-research data sold as B2B packs.

Information submitted directly

Inquiry forms may collect name, business name, email, optional phone and website, intent, goals, context, consent, landing page, referrer, and campaign parameters.

Accounts and checkout

Account and Stripe checkout data is used to authenticate buyers, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, and provide download access. Payment details are processed by Stripe; MarketRoster does not store full card numbers.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to respond to requests, fulfill packs, maintain security, prevent spam, and understand which pages support legitimate inquiries.

Analytics and service providers

Optional analytics is not loaded by default. When PUBLIC_GA_MEASUREMENT_ID or PUBLIC_CF_WEB_ANALYTICS_TOKEN is configured, events stay limited to coarse page/path dimensions—no buyer, order, or lead-row identifiers. Providers, retention, and consent behavior should be reviewed before activation.

Business research data

Lead packs may include permitted, publicly observable business information and documented derived classifications. Buyers must not use packs for prohibited profiling, harassment, deception, or unlawful outreach.

Retention, choices, and contact

For privacy questions, corrections, or account deletion requests related to MarketRoster storefront data, contact hello@marketroster.com. Lead-pack buyers remain responsible for suppression and outreach compliance on their own systems. Qualified legal review should continue as the business grows.
